Often people use a small bubble removal flame gun very quickly in order to remove them. Hope it helps. If you can’t find it, maybe will be useful a torch lighter, but be careful about the distance to the resin… it only needs a small source of heat to remove them.

1. It can be used on dominoes, but use masking tape around the edges of the domino to provide a small ledge—even the smallest ledge can help a lot.
2. I have never done this, but heard that it works. The force of the warm air seems to work well.
3. If there is an odor I have never noticed it.
